Robotnik growled. He didn't want to admit it but this betrayal by one his most loyal contributors bothered him. "Why Bartleby, why this sudden change in attitude? Why would the girl hide from even her own brothers? None of this makes sense!" He had even put off any other plans to search for the wayward nobleman. "All of this over a girl and for no reason might I add."

For the next 14 days, I am on what PINK calls the Reset Phase. During these two weeks, I have a PINK Drink Smoothie (1 cup either Coconut or Almond Milk, 1 cup strawberries, 1 scoop Raw Protein Powder) at breakfast. I eat one serving of protein with oodles and oodles of vegetables for lunch, and again for dinner. All totaled, this comes to about 500-600 calories a day. I am allowed to work on 15 minutes a day but it works better if you don't. I will experience headaches and fatigue for a few days but then I will be fine and this will jumpstart my weight loss for the year to come.
